Right to be informed, right of correction, right of blocking and deletion
Upon your written request, you will be informed about all personal data I stored about you (if any). At all times, you have the right to request correction of such data, block such data against further processing, object the processing or have your data deleted. For any such request, please refer to the email address in my website’s imprint.

Objection
As far as personal data is processed on basis of legitimate interests, you have the right to object the processing of your personal data on basis of Art. 21 GDPR in the event such objection is based on an extraordinary situation or the objection targets direct advertising. In the latter case you have an unrestricted right to object without the requirement of an extraordinary situation. Any objection should be directed to the email address in my website’s imprint.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of text, created to during the visit of the website and stored on the visitor’s system. My website does not use any tracking cookies, which store personal identifiable information as defined in the GDPR or processes such data in any other form. If technically required, only so-called session cookies are used, which are automatically deleted upon leaving my website and which were placed for the sole purpose of improving the your user experience during your visit. Such session cookies do not process any personal information at all.
In order to avoid the use of cookies in general, you may configure the local settings of your Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Safari) accordingly to not accept cookies. This may however negatively affect some of the functionalities of my website.

General Collection of Data
When entering my website or using files, data about this action may be logged in the Service Provider‘s log files. This may include:
● IP-Address (anonymized)
● Domain-Name of the website, previously visited before entering the site
● Names of files received
● Date and time of receipt
● Name of your Internet Service Provider
● your OS version and browser version
IP addresses are solely stored for data security and server integrity reasons in order to provide stability and security of the systems used (Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. f GDPR). I do not perform any statistic analysis of data sets or website stats.

Contact via E-Mail
If you are sending requests or messages to me via email, the data you transmit will be stored and processed in my encrypted IT system for the sole purpose of answering your request or possible further questions. Such processing of data is performed in accordance to Art. 6 Sec. 1 a) GDPR on basis of your expressed consent. At any time you can object and revoke such consent. Having answered your request, your data will irretrievably be deleted, as far as no legal obligation for data retention exists.

Links to 3rd party websites
This website may contain links to websites of 3rd parties. Only upon clicking a link, certain data will be transferred to the Link destination. This is technically necessary. The data so transferred may contain: your IP Address, date and time of clicking a link, the address of the website where a link was placed as well as information about your internet browser. If you do not agree that such data may be transferred to the link destination, do not klick the link. If you follow the link to one of the linked websites, you are hereby advised that such websites will have an own data privacy policy. I am not accepting any liability or responsibility for such policy, any action performed by the 3rd Party website or any content of such website. You are asked to check a website and its privacy policy before entering a website or transferring personal data to it.

Data portability
At any time you have the right to receive all personal data which you provided to us (if any) in a structured, common and machine-readable format to allow for portability of your data to another party.

Right of objection in front of a supervisory authority
Notwithstanding any other remedies available at law, every data subject has the right to place an objection with the supervisory authority, especially in its place of residence, place of work or the place of the alleged breach, if the data subject is of the opinion that the processing of its personal data is performed in breach of the GDPR.

Security notice
My website and IT systems are secured by appropriate technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, unauthorized access, change or disclosure of your data. Despite all precautions, a complete protection against all threats may not be possible at all times. Due to the fact that complete data security cannot be guaranteed when communicating via email, I recommend to transfer sensitive information via postal mail to the address in my website‘s imprint.

Changes to this policy
I reserve the right to amend this privacy policy in the event of changes to the applicable laws, to this online presence or the way data is required to be processed. This however only applies to clauses related to the processing of data. In the event amendments require approval by the user or parts of this privacy policy contain clauses which define the contractual relationship with users, any amendment of this privacy policy is subject to prior approval by the user.

Accordingly, you are asked to remain informed about this privacy policy in the event you are considering the transfer of personal data to me for any reason.
